He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Rackley and Beulah Collins Rackley; and his sister Myrna Loy Rackley Talley. He is survived by: his daughter Kim Seaford Kunz (Mike) of Piedmont, SC; and his grandsons, David Joseph Kunz and Matthew Michael Kunz.

At the request of the family, due to COVID-19 precautions, all services for Mr. Rackley will now be held virtually.
