He is survived by: his wife Omega Dyar Kelley of Easley; his children, Ben Kelley (Joyce) of Pickens, Michael Kelley (Jenny) of Pickens and Junise Stracener of Easley; his grandchildren, Deborah (Matt), Levi (Deidra), Erin (Kirk), Heather, Titus (Corina) and Angela (Bradly); and his siblings, Milton Kelley, Maurice Kelley, Randall Kelley, Milas Kelley, Rita Kelley, Donna Jean Smith and Linda Remillard. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
