He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walter and Juanita Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Hawkins; his children, Melinda Hawkins, Janie Hawkins Walls and Michael Hawkins; and his grandchildren, Audrianna Freeman (Brandon), Mitchell Massey (Jennifer), Cheyenne Walls, Laken Walls and Madison Hawkins.
