She was predeceased by: her parents, William Marion Anthony and Bobbie Lynne Perry; and her grandparents, Marion William Anthony, Willie Mae Anthony, Clyde Phillips and Hermie Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Chelsey Anthony and Levi Nichols; her grandchildren, Elijah Taylor and Brooklyn Taylor; her sisters, Michelle Greer (Bradley), April Chandler and Audrey Anthony (Tabitha); her stepsiblings, Penny Owenby (Craig Woods) and Stacey Lusk (Mary Lou); her half-brother Chris Phillips; her grandmother Mary Jane Phillips; and her friend Stephanie Allen. She is also survived by three uncles, and three aunts.
