He was predeceased by: his grandmother Elaine Todd; and his great-grandparents, Ray and Sallie Carver. He is survived by: his parents, Truman "Jeff" Black and Tonya Renee Clanton Black; his siblings, Diamond Neal (Mathew) of Pickens and Jonathan Black of Pickens; his nieces and nephews, Ashleighn, Raelynn, Ryan and River; and his great-uncle Tony Carver. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Full Life Church of God (118 Pistol Club Rd, Easley, SC 29640).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Jeffery's honor to Diamond Neal, 131 Stephens Rd, Pickens, SC 29671, to assist with covering the expenses of his burial.
