He was predeceased by: his father Paul Warren Payne. He is survived by: his mother Martha Brown Payne; his children, Erin Chelsea Payne Kickery (Trenton) and Caleb Payne; his siblings, Scott Payne, Wendy Payne Williams (Jamie) and Regina Payne Jeffeaux (Scott); and his grandchildren, Bodhi, Kai and Finn Kickery.
