He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer W. Kelley and Ellen Whitfield Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Kelley of Easley, Randy Kelley (Diana), Debbie Lancaster of Simpsonville, Rick Kelley of Simpsonville and Patti Hipps (Curtis) of Belton; his grandchildren, Kaila Brown, Kelley Jennings (James), Abby Hipps, Rachel Knight (Matt), Kyle Kelley, Jackson Kelley and Blake Kelley; and his sister Joan Roper of Greenville.
