He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Eberly and Elanor Eberly; and his son Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Eva Everly; and his children, Tony, Jeffrey, Terry, Stephen, Doug Eberly, Joseph Sims, Pam Bridges, Sherry Tiede (Brian) and Amanda Binkley. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.
