We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2019, at the age of 75, Frank Turner (Easley, South Carolina), born in Pickens, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Franklin and Fannie Louise Holliday Turner; and his daughter Kimberly Elaine Turner. He is survived by: his children, Crystal Dawn Turner, Kevin Leon Turner, Matthew Franklin Turner and Brittany Turner Ivey.
