She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Powell and Viola Smith Powell; her husband Master; and her brother Milton Powell. She is survived by: her children, Charles E. "Chuck" Tinsley, Jr. (Sue), Terri Tinsley French (Phil) of Easley and Linda Tinsley Newton (Don) of Easley; her brother Dickie Powell of Liberty; and her sister-in-law Mae Powell of Marietta, SC. She is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
