She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Hayes; her son Stanley Hayes; and her parents, Ivy W. Hendricks, Sr. and Pearle Childs Hendricks. She is survived by: her daughter Jane H. Alexander (Jarrel); her grandson Chris Alexander; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Alexander and Ansley Chapman.
