She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas "Harlon" and Mary Ann "Polly" Tate; her son Jeromy "Scott" Burdsal; and her sisters, Donna Tate and Linda Henson.
She is survived by: her grandson Dyllan Burdsal; her nieces and nephews, Nora "Pebbles" Morris, Melissa "Missy" Miller, Raymond Crawford (Amanda), Brian Henson (Rebecca) and Shane Doolittle; and her close friends, Tolley, Sandra Medford, Frankie Alexander and Richard Tate (Susie).
