He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" E. Williams, Sr. and Marie Parris Williams; and his brother William "Bill" E. Williams, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Judy B. Williams; his children, David T. Williams, Jr. (Dana) and Maria W. Page (Danny); his grandchildren, Trey (Audrey), Daniel (Taylor), Amee, Laura (Alex), Hailey and Heather; his sisters, Rose Marie Bray (Ned) and Dottie Williams; his sister-in-law Claudine C. Williams; and his stepbrother Bob Jones. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
