He is survived by: his father Hillard Wendell Morton of Greenville; his wife Carreta Grey Morton of Easley; his brother Tony Morton (Stephanie) of Gray Court; his nieces and nephews, Marinda Craft (Cody) of Easley, Austin and Brandon Teal; his son Jonathan Morton (Brittany) of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Monty, Zoë, Josiah, Seth and Steven; his son Jarrod Morton of Easley; his grandchildren, Kelsey Holmes and Xander Turner; his daughter Rachel Wilson (Ethan) of Easley; his grandchildren, Natalie, Benjamin, Nathaniel, Elijah, Melanie and Carlisle; his stepdaughter Kristain Olivia Batson of Easley; his stepgrandchildren, Steven and Caitlyn; his stepchildren, Dee Batson (Keith Smith) of Anderson and Jay Batson (Bekah) of Liberty; his stepgrandson Liam; and his uncle Don Morton (Ann) of Liberty. He is also survived by numerous cousins as well as a great-nephew and great-niece.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, a private, family viewing will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at The Howze Mortuary in Travelers Rest.
