He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fowler and Vera Cooley Fowler; his brother Douglas Fowler; his sister-in-law Becky Fowler; and his sister Brenda Elaine Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Fowler; his daughter Pamela Fowler; his siblings, Ronald Fowler (Sandra), Steve Fowler, Macy Lusk (Gerald), Vivian Garrett (Kenneth), Mohammed and Saeda Sarhan; and his nieces and nephews, Mutaz, Muayad and Sadeen.
