He was predeceased by: his parents, B. L. Moore and Edith Rochester Moore; his former wife Edith Joyce "Jo" Moore; and his daughter Sharon Moore. He is survived by: his wife Laverne Moore; his children, Wally Moore (Lynn) of Marshville, NC and Donna Moore Rackley of Belton; his brother Tom Moore (Brenda) of Fuquay-Varina, NC.; his grandsons, Shelton Moore (Joellen) and Sean Moore (Mandy); and his great grandchildren, Edyn Moore and Garrett Moore.
