He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Lynwood Locklair, Sr., Narvie Lee Bilbray, Sr. and Frances Limehouse Bilbray. He is survived by: his parents, John Lynwood Locklair, Jr. and Patricia Ann Bilbray Locklair of Easley; his children, WesLee "Bryce" Locklair, Blaine Locklair and Kirstin "Briggs" Locklair; his brother Dr. Matthew Ryan Locklair (Becky) of Atlantic Beach, FL; his grandmother Amy Kay Locklair of Summerville; and his close friend Tonya Moore of Piedmont.
