He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Hasting and Sarah Nancy Simpson Wright. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Faye Lawson Wright; his daughters, Debbie Roszel (Rich) of Flowery Branch, GA, Janet Rhodes (John) of Pelzer and Jill Thompson (James) of Easley; and his sister Lucille Seckinger of Williston, FL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
