He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Plyler Hicks of Easley, SC; his children, Billy Hicks Jr. of Pageland, SC, Bobby Ryan Hicks of Pageland, SC, Alisha Hunter of Easley, SC and Katelyn Hunter of Easley, SC; and his sister Margie Bess of Pageland, SC.
