He was predeceased by: his parents, Janice Wells Chapman and Haskell "Sam" Eugene Chapman; his grandparents, Benjamin and Mittie Mae Wells; his siblings, Greg Chapman and Roxanne; and his brother-in-law David Hryc.
He is survived by: his wife Deanna Cook-Wells; his children, Krystal Wells of Easley, Deidra Wells of Easley, Kevin Wells (Amy) of Williamston and Charlie Wells of Easley; his grandchildren, Dallas, Jaden, Corey, Kaiden, Kassidy and Aubree; his siblings, Sammy Chapman of Tampa, FL and Heather Rosas (Jose) of Tampa, FL; and his close friend Wayne Wilson of Greenville.
