It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Kay Marcus of Easley, South Carolina, who passed away on August 30, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George L. Marcus; her parents, Red Kay and Cora Kay; her daughter Sara Lee Marcus; and her siblings, Nancy Rhodes, Laura Mae Kay, Junior Kay and Harry Kay.

She is survived by: her children, Sallie Lesley (Greg) of Easley, SC, Mary A. Gilbert of Dacusville, SC, Terry Marcus of Seneca, SC and Roger Marcus of Easley, SC; her grandchildren, Kayla, Gregory, Brandon, Alex, Ashley, Jeffery, Corrina and Scott; her great grandchildren, Oakley, Lexi, Lilly, Kyleigh and Eden; and her siblings, Rose Kay, Doris Kay, Harold Kay and Bud Kay.

Contributions in lieu of flowers can be made to Pearlie Harris Center for Breast Care, 131 Commonwealth Drive Greenville, SC 29615.
