She is survived by: her husband Lester Spangler; her daughters, Karen Guynn Harbin (Brian) and Laura Guynn Ward (Andy Nix); her stepson Cliff Burts; her grandsons, William Holman and John Harbin; her sister Loretta Tickle; her nephews, Jason Tickle, Michael Tickle Sr. and Randall Neely (Larry); her great-niece Michelle Tickle; and her great-nephew Michael Tickle Jr. (Lovee).
