With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wyman Morrell Youmans of Early Branch, South Carolina, born in Yemassee, South Carolina, who passed away on December 27, 2021 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Morrell and Susan Isabel "Bell" Heape Youmans; and his brother Robert Youmans. He is survived by: his wife Lois Stanley Youmans; his children, Ron Youmans (Susie) of Varnville, SC, Erick Youmans (Danielle) of Varnville, SC and Amanda Shaffer (Michael) of Aiken, SC; his sister Barbara Nettles (Atticus); his siblings-in-law, Willette Youmans, Diane Tedder, Rachel Hiott, Kline Reed and Charles Stanley; his grandchildren, Cody (Meagan), Josh (Kendra), Landon, Lorryn, Gavin, Christian and Grayson; and his great grandchildren, Maylee and Graham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID, a private family only graveside service will be held at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Glen Samples and directed by Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home.
