He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Oliver Harvey and Birdie Winn Harvey; and his siblings, Johnny Harvey, Sandra Harrell and Joyce Ann York.
He is survived by: his wife Dona; his son Todd (Julie); his sister Chryl Harvey Eure; his grandson Matthew Wise (Cady); and his great grandchild Owen.
