He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Owen Sr. and Faye B. Owen. He is survived by: his wife Clara Sue M. Owen; his sons, James L. Owen III (Kim) and Jonathan R. Owen; his grandchildren, James L. Owen IV, Andrew M. Owen, Luke W. Owen, Ace L. Owen and Austen E. Owen; his sisters, Bonnie Tollison (Jerry), Victoria Matheny (John), Debbie Okes (Vic) and Wendy Cordina (David); and his aunt Joan Owen. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
