It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Rigby Foster (Duncan, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on March 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret Patton Dixon and Larry Rigby Foster; his wife Gayla Lynn Moore; his children, Chris Foster, Melissa Smith, Tanya Foster, Tiffany Swindler, Olivia Davis and Heather Bledsoe; and his siblings, Gary Foster and Tammy Foster. He was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
