He is survived by: his wife Mary Tena Shillingburg Hendrix; his siblings, Don, Wayne Hendrix and June Hendrix; his mother-in-law Mary Shillingburg; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis, Mike Shillingburg and Myra Segers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
