She is survived by: her mother Betty Gentry Medlin; her close friend Darrell Murphy; her daughter Melissa Barbare; and her siblings, Shirley Clark, Frank Barbare, Herman Barbare, Michael Barbare (Tracey) and Timothy Barbare. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
