He was predeceased by: his parents, Diane Vanpahon Skaggs and Orville Skaggs, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jones Skaggs; his son Donovan Harris (Elizabeth); his brothers, Marc Skaggs and John Skaggs; and his grandchild Odin Harris.
