He was predeceased by: his wife Harriette Youmans Wade; his parents, John Elbert Wade and Albine Anna Frank Wade; and his siblings, Frank Wade and Marie Morgan.
He is survived by: his children, Paula A. Wade (Oscar Woody, Jr.) of Pensacola, Florida and John Browning Wade (Jerry) of Taylors; and his grandchildren, Lauren Wade, Bethany Wade (Jeremy Grossglass) and Paul A. Woody.
