She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Joe Tyler and Hattie Louise Tyler; her husband Tommy Earl Blackwell; and her son Robert Shane Lipscomb. She is survived by: her children, Candice Blackwell, April Shanea Lipscomb, Donnie Helton and Allen Williams; her grandchildren, Karter Shane Milan and Trey Ferryman; and her siblings, Joanna, Crystal Tyler Dixon and David. She is also survived by many other cousins, nieces and nephews.
