He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Van and Ruth Card Whitmyer; and his brother-in-law Jan Hansen. He is survived by: his wife Estelle Whitmyer; his children, Bobbi Jo Brumley (Del) and Larry Wayne Whitmyer (Darla); his grandchildren, Jerry Wayne Whitmyer and Kimber Ann Whitmyer; and his sisters, Sandy Hansen and Judy Reynolds (Richard).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Redeeming Grace Church.
