He is survived by: his parent Berty Stuart Williams; his spouse Virginia Shumate Williams; his sons, Lacy Williams, Jr. (late Lynda) of Woodruff and Alton Williams of Woodruff; his siblings, Louis, Jerry, Thurmond Williams of Georgia and Bernice Dionne of Georgia; and his grandchildren, Dusty Frey, Brandy Mock and Collin Williams.
