He is survived by: his mother Linda Morrow Dale; his stepfather Mike LeMire; his sister Lisa McCarty (Tommy); his niece Brianna Burgess; his nephew Tommy McCarty, III; and his aunts and uncles, Kathy Dale, Vrenda Morrow, Judy Gilbert (Johnny), Julie Morrow, Gary Dale and Lee Dale.
