It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Edge Deyoung (Duncan, South Carolina), who passed away on July 11, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Major Grover and Purnie Lou Morgan DeYoung; his daughter Cathy DeYoung Krass; his granddaughter Heather Garrett; and his sisters, Geneva Burgess, Emily Wilson and Brenda Sweet.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Snow DeYoung; his daughters, Linette Garrett of Reidville and Vonda Hendrix of Reidville; his siblings, Jerry DeYoung (Barbara) of Greer, Bobby DeYoung (Cathy) of Greer, Wick DeYoung (Patty) of Moore, Martha Brackett of Tampa, FL, Kay Ford of Startex and Peggy Turner of Piedmont; his grandchildren, Matthew Garrett (Courtney) of Inman, Samantha Garrett of Reidville, Angela Burns (Lance) of Liberty, Kelsey Hendrix of Reidville and Paige Krass of Reidville; and his great grandchildren, Karson Hendrix of Reidville, Farrah Krass of Reidville, Raegan of Reidville, Abbigayle Garrett of Reidville, Michael and Alyana Krass of Inman.
