He was predeceased by: his mother Mollie Winningham Gunter; and his son Clay Boltin. He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Cathy" Myers Boltin; his sons, Christopher Boltin (Alan), Chance Boltin (Catherine Saunders), Cole Boltin (Kayla Billington) and Matt Boltin; his grandchildren, Hailey, Clay, Caitlin, Crawford, Madison, Wyatt, Lily, Lydia and Morgan; and his sister Betty Boykin. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
