We bid farewell to James O. Bennett (Duncan, South Carolina), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 18, 2024 at the age of 95. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth McClimon Bennett; his parents, Belton Bennett and Myrtle Nodine Bennett; and his siblings, Charles David Bennett, Dorothy Bentley and Annette Schwarze.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Bennett (Dale) of Gowensville, Freida B. Gray of Greer and Marsha Bennett of Greer. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
