He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Goforth and Iris G. Goforth; his sons, Billy and Bobby Goforth; and his sisters, Dorothy Jordan and Bea Corey.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Belcher Goforth; his children, Don Goforth (Deanna), Kathy McClendon (Jim) and Patrick Goforth (Karen); his siblings, George, Bobby Goforth and Judy Maddox; and his grandchildren, Kari Morgan (Andrew), Travis Goforth (Courtney), Jake McClendon, Breanne Escalante (Abel), April Calliham (Brent) and Bill Goforth (Brittany). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren.
