It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Porter Morgan (Duncan, South Carolina), born in Easley, South Carolina, who passed away on June 13, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Forrest Avner Morgan; and her parents, Mary Etta Gravely and Julian Ottis "J. O.". She is survived by: her brother-in-law Burthhold Hooker; her nephew Ben Hooker (Ann); her nieces, Geraldine Harris Staggs (late Carl), Julia Langston (James), Nancy Simpson (Lamar) and Betty Pinner (Randy); her sisters, Opal Hooker and Eloise Anthony (Frank); her brother-in-law Henry Morgan; her nieces, Linda Harris Bouvier and Judy Harris; and her nephew Herbert Harris. She is also survived by fourteen great nieces and nephews, and sixteen great-great nieces and nephews.
