She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Jefferson and Clara Green Hamby; her husband William "Bill" Nathaniel Pearson; and her siblings, Fred Olin, Paul, Jr., John Hamby and Clara Satterfield.
She is survived by: her daughter Gail Pearson Powell (William) of Spartanburg; her sister Inez Bennett of Duncan; her grandchildren, Bryan Powell (Audra), Eric Powell (Annie) and Amanda Powell; and her great grandchildren, Hayleigh, Madison, Mackenzie, Clay, Nathan, Luke, Samuel Powell, Abigail, Emma and Aila Kate Peuser.
