He is survived by: his parent Mary Kimley Burns; his daughters, Patricia Ann Yoder, Teresa Ann McGee, Sandra Ann Lybrand, Mary Ann Wright and Erin Leverette Smith; and his sister Sarah Janie Scandifio. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 4 great great-grandchildren.
