He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Eugene Bullington, Sr. and Myrtle Mae Cummings Bullington; his son William Bullington; and his brother Francis Ray Bullington. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Eva Poteat Bullington; his children, Henry David Bullington, Frankie Gene Bullington, Marion "Kathy" Kathleen Burnett and Christina Johnson (Jason); his sisters, Betty Gail Bullington, Janice Bullington and Diane Jarrett; and his grandchildren, Ricky Bullington, Deidrea Sumblin, Jonathan Burnett, Evan Bullington and Jeremiah Johnson. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
