He is survived by: his parent Fern Allen Lindquist; his spouse Barbara Davenport Lindquist; his children, Cody Lindquist, Christopher Lindquist, Chase Helms, Ricky Therrell, Jessica Blackwell (Marty) and Tiffany Lazar; his mother-in-law Carolyn Davenport (Ma); and his nephew Dalton Davenport. He is also survived by brother; a sister.
