He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Bridgforth Tarver and Martha Latimer Tarver; his wife Lory Ammons Tarver; his children, Kendell Anderson (Ronnie) of Cowpens, Kelly Benner of Wilmington, Jennifer Padgett (Kevin) of Seneca and Jonathan Tarver (Kaitlyn) of Pendleton; and his sister Kay Hitt of Hernando, Mississippi. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.
