He was predeceased by: his parents, David Edgar and Willie Edith Tessenair Owens. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Diane Stewart Owens; his daughter Charlene Owens Paitrick (Thomas) of Blaine, MN; his sister Creola Owens Coffey of Forest City, NC; and his grandchildren, Brady and Finn Paitrick.
