She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Reaves and Maxine Brockwell Reaves; and her sisters, Pat Corby and Kathy Boyd. She is survived by: her spouse Carroll William Carter; her daughters, Stacy C. Perry (Kevin) and Tina C. Hammond (Eddie); her siblings, Pete, Billy Reaves, Retha Winters and Donna Sanders; her grandchildren, Morgan Praytor, Taylor Wright, Shelby Burgess, Abbie Barker, Nathan Perry and Candace Hammond; and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh Piper, Bradyen Wright, Aston Piper and Kaden Piper.
