He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Tinsley; and his brother Carol Thomas Tinsley. He is survived by: his parent Sue Souther Tinsley; his sister Frankie Sue Ravan; his husband Gene; and his sister-in-law Josephine Tinsley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
