He is survived by: his parent Evelyn; his children, Damon Maxwell, Douglas Maxwell, Allen Maxwell (Cathy) and Wendy Koke (John); and his siblings, Lewis, Doris Dobrowski (Stanley) and Annette Osga (Joe). He is also survived by grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
