He is survived by: his wife Eula Naomi Martin Plumer; his children, Naretta Martin, Veronica Marshall (John) and Ricky Plumer; and his sisters, Bessie Antrum (Charlie), Ruth Hunter (Charlie) and Genevie Stembridge. He is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; and host of other relatives and friends.
