She is survived by: her children, Susan Burton (Gerald) and Terry McMahan (Diana); her grandson Paul Thompson (Allison); her sister Nancy Crook; her grandchildren, Angie Strickland (Mike), Robert Parnell (Katie), Denise Todd (Walter), Derrick Burton (Leah) and Bryan Burton (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Lillie Grace, Hunter, Dakota, Caden, Austin, Dylan, Delanee, Sawyerr and Kirby.
Memorials in memory of Polly may be made to a charity of one's choice.
